Well, we are off. Flying to Phuket on Business class. (More about that later). We left on Thursday 28th September and I fly back home on Friday 13th October. Friday the 13th - Crickey!!!
We stay in Phuket for a week before Svet flies off to Moscow for 3 weeks and I backpack down to Trat (near the Thai Cambodia border) where I hope to cross over into Cambodia and see the ancient ruins of Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. I also hope to do a lot of shopping at markets and bring back many nick knacks - yeah right!!
